Mr. Hall was also recognized by Engineering News Record as one of the top 25 construction newsmaker of 2005 and by the National Institute of Building Sciences with their prestigious 2006 Institute Honor Award, which “recognizes individuals or organizations that have made exceptional contributions to the nation and the building community.” In 2016, Mr. Hall was advanced to Distinguished Member in the Construction Specifications Institute, CSI's highest honor it can bestow on a member. As a leader in the construction industry Mr. Hall has served on numerous boards, committees, and panels for various professional organizations and has written and lectured on design and the project delivery process throughout the US and Canada. In 2000 he was elevated to Fellowship in the Construction Specifications Institute and in 2005 advanced to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects for his notable contributions to the construction industry and the creation of industry standards for the instruments of services for design professionals.
