Kerry Kalish, AIA Assoc., CSI-EP, CDT, has combined her B.A. in Architecture with her past experience as an apprentice in commercial property appraisal where specialized in pre-construction commercial real estate. With her up-to-date training in Autodesk CAD 2016, and education in structure, materials, design, Sketch-up, 2D graphics, and 3D designs along with the consistent desire to gain education and knowledge she is expanding her experience continuously.
As an architectural designer and specifier, Kerry is a member of the project team and is responsible for assisting in the development and organization of architectural drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.
Kerry is collecting intern experience and developing her skills to work toward becoming a licensed Architect. She is also a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) where she currently holds a position as the Secretary of the Board with the Charlotte Chapter.
